Payment is required in full for bookings to be confirmed. This can be made by providing a Visa/MasterCard name, number & expiry date or by sending a cheque to Havelock Infocentre

If you wish to cancel your bookings the following conditions apply

outside 14 days of product date, 90% refund.
within 7 & 14 days of product date, 50% refund.
inside 7 days of product date, no refund.

Havelock Infocentre reserves the right cancel any products & services booked if it feels that they cannot be undertaken safely ie: bad weather conditions. In the event of this a full refund would be applied.
